OUR TEAM

We are a team of local people all passionate about building in our area. Living in the Southern Highlands means we know the climate we are working in, we know what materials will last, what will keep you cool in Summer and warm in Winter, and how to build you a home that will last the test of time. We have established a great team of local companies who have been partnering with us since we began, allowing us to work efficiently and with fluent communication. From beginning trades like draftsman and engineers, to plumbers and electricians, all the way through to the finishing touches done by painters and designers, we’ve got you covered.

Our Hessie Homes team has grown over the past two years and we are thrilled with the guys we have on board. These are the people you will see on site building your dream home.

Dan - Foreman. Dan is a husband and dad of 5, and has been in the trade for 20 years. He is cool, calm and collected and we value his expertise.

Harry - 2nd year Apprentice. Harry first came on as a labourer not long after we started the business, and he liked it so much he decided to start his apprenticeship with us. He has a good eye for detail and works til the job is done.

Ollie - First year Apprentice. We have known Ollie for a long time so were happy when he asked to start an apprenticeship with us. He is eager to learn, hard working and good to have a laugh with. 

Madi - Office and Marketing Manager. Madi is my wife and oversees the admin side of the business. She also sometimes drops in on site with our son to bring coffees, drop off documents and photograph where we’re up to in the build.
