Initial Enquiry +

It starts with a phone call or email. You tell us what you’re thinking and what you’re hoping to achieve. We’ll ask a few practical questions to understand the scope and whether we’re the right fit. If it makes sense to move forward, we book a site meeting.

On-Site Consultation +

We meet on site and walk through the project properly. This is where we talk through ideas, constraints, budget expectations, and timing. We look at access, existing conditions, and anything that could affect the build. Nothing will be priced without seeing the site.

Design & Scope Finalisation +

If drawings aren’t already complete, we bring designers and draughtsmen in as required. Plans are developed and refined until they reflect what you actually want to build. This stage can involve changes and iterations, and we allow time for that. Once drawings are finalised, the scope is locked.

Pricing & Agreement +

We price the job based on the final drawings and agreed scope. You receive a clear quote or estimate, with inclusions, exclusions, and allowances explained. We walk through it with you so there are no surprises. Once accepted, we move into scheduling.

Pre-Construction Planning +

Before anything starts on site, the groundwork happens in the background. We lock in a construction schedule, order materials, book trades and suppliers, and coordinate designers, engineers, and approvals where required. This is the make or break time for jobs, so we don’t rush it.

Construction +

Construction begins according to the agreed schedule. You’ll see us regularly on site. If you’re living there, we check in at least three times a week. Any variations are discussed, documented, priced, and signed off before work proceeds.

Handover +

At completion, we walk the job with you. We check everything together and address any final items. Once you’re satisfied, we complete handover and close out the project properly. You’re not rushed out the door. The job is finished when it’s finished properly.
