Full 5-Bedroom Home Renovation
📍 Bowral, Southern Highlands
The Challenge
This classic 5-bedroom Bowral home had an incredibly dated, cramped layout that blocked natural light and segregated the living areas. The growing family needed an open, modern flow without losing the home's original Southern Highlands charm. Heavy structural modifications were required to safely open the space.
Our Solution
We engineered and installed structural steel beams to safely remove the restrictive load-bearing walls. We coordinated a complete strip-out, followed by the installation of custom high-end joinery, new wide-plank hardwood flooring, and a comprehensive lighting redesign to brighten the new open-plan footprint.

Custom Architectural Studio Build
📍 Wildes Meadow, Southern Highlands
The Challenge
The client required a standalone, creative studio space nestled deep within a Wildes Meadow property. The build needed to visually blend with the surrounding natural bushland, adhere to strict environmental protections, and be heavily insulated against the damp, biting Southern Highlands winters.
Our Solution
We sourced highly durable, nature-inspired cladding (Weathertex) and large-format double-glazed windows to capture the landscape while trapping heat. We built an elevated sub-floor to minimize ground impact and utilized maximum-grade earth wool insulation throughout the walls and ceiling.
The Result
A striking, weather-tight creative retreat that feels like an organic extension of the landscape. The space is highly energy-efficient, acoustically sound, and provides the client with the perfect isolated sanctuary right in their own backyard.
